Mr. Revaz Sokhadze was born on November 14, 1978 in Tbilisi.
He earned his first higher education degree in Medicine from Tbilisi State University. In 2004–2005, he completed a Master’s program in Banking and Finance at the same university. He later pursued studies in Management at the Georgian Institute of Public Administration (GIPA) during 2007–2008.
Mr. Sokhadze has extensive experience in public service. From 2017, he served as a member of the Tbilisi City Council (Sakrebulo), where he chaired the Urban Planning and Municipal Utilities Commission.
In 2021, he was elected as a Majority Member of the 7th Convocation of the Tbilisi City Council (Sakrebulo), representing the Samgori District, where he also served on the Property Management and Financial-Budgeting Commission.
In addition to his public sector career, Mr. Sokhadze has held leadership roles in the business sector. Between 2006 and 2008, he was Chief Executive Officer of Badagi LTD. From 2013 to 2016, he headed IMG Development, and subsequently served as CEO of Krtsanisi Villa Residence and Flexi Construction during 2016–2017.
On April 24, 2025, Revaz Sokhadze was appointed as the Minister of Infrastructure of Georgia.
